We manufacture a range of Uniquu products that are Wheelmark-certified in accordance with European maritime regulations. Designed for demanding accommodation environments and frequent laundering, our products combine safety, durability, and ease of maintenance. Our collection includes a comprehensive range of Wheelmark-certified pillows, duvets, mattresses, mattress toppers, mattress protectors, and pillow protectors. The collection has been developed to simplify and speed up cleaning operations through practical product solutions, including waterproof and stain-resistant hygiene products. At the same time, we place strong emphasis on product quality, comfort, and long service life.
In addition to our standard collection, we manufacture bespoke interior textile solutions tailored to our customers’ requirements and dimensions. The tailored solutions include upholstery, curtains, bedspreads, bed skirts, decorative cushions, and table linens made from Wheelmark-certified or IMO-certified fabrics.
Our company is also registered in the procurement systems used by NATO and its partner organisations and has been assigned the NCAGE code A0SLG. This international identifier confirms our position as a trusted supplier for defence and security sector projects.
All Uniquu products are manufactured in Finland at our factory in Rauma, ensuring Nordic quality, reliable delivery, and high production standards.

Vormu Contributes to a local TERVA Project
Vormu contributed to a TERVA project, an initiative focused on strengthening innovation and expertise in indoor hygiene solutions for the shipbuilding industry. The project was led by Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK) together with University of Turku.
Reducing the spread of infections on board is not only a matter of safety, but also contributes to the everyday wellbeing of passengers and crew. In addition, high standards of indoor hygiene can provide a valuable competitive advantage within the marine industry.

Wheelmark-Certified Pillows
Uniquu Wheelmark-certified ball fibre pillows are made from white 100% polyester Trevira CS fabric and filled with durable 100% polyester ball fibre filling, designed to withstand frequent laundering while maintaining its shape and user comfort.
Available as a Classic or Quilted pillow, the pillows are offered in the standard size 50 × 60 cm or as a large pillow 60 x 80cm.
A range of filling weights is available, allowing you to choose from low-profile to high-support pillows to suit different comfort preferences and accommodation requirements
Wheelmark-Certified Duvets
Uniquu Wheelmark-certified duvets are made from white 100% polyester Trevira CS fabric and filled with high-quality, durable 100% polyester hollow fibre filling. The fabric has a calendered, tightly woven, and smooth surface, helping to make bedding changes quicker and more efficient.
Available in the standard size 150 × 200 cm, as well as a range of other sizes, including children’s duvet sizes and larger double-bed duvets.
The duvets are available in a standard 200 g/m² filling weight and a warmer 300 g/m² winter version.
Industrial laundering at 60°C.
Wheelmark-Certified Foam Mattresses
Uniquu Wheelmark-certified foam mattresses are manufactured using a fabric composed of 56% polyester, 22% viscose, and 22% modacrylic. The fabric is light grey in colour with a white patterned design. Inside the removable cover is CFC-free HR35 high-resilience foam, providing durability, comfort, and long-lasting support.
The mattresses are available in a range of standard sizes, including widths of 75 cm, 80 cm, and 90 cm, and can also be manufactured to custom dimensions to meet specific project requirements. Available thicknesses range from 12 to 17 cm.
Cover washable at 60°C.
Wheelmark-Certified Foam Hygiene Mattresses
Uniquu Wheelmark-certified hygiene mattresses are manufactured with a waterproof Kurt hygiene fabric, providing effective protection against liquids and helping to maintain a hygienic sleeping environment. The mattress cover features a three-sided zipper, allowing easy removal for laundering. The cover is washable at 95°C. Inside the cover is CFC-free HR35 high-resilience foam, offering long-lasting comfort and support.
Available in several standard sizes, including widths of 75 cm, 80 cm, and 90 cm with a standard thickness of 12 cm. Available thicknesses range from 12 to 17 cm. Custom dimensions are also available to meet your specific project requirements.
Wheelmark-Certified Mattress Toppers
Uniquu paloturvalliset sijauspatjat on valmistettu kankaasta joka on 56% polyesteriä, 22% viskoosia ja 22% modifioitua akryyliä. Kangas väriltään vaaleanharmaa jolla valkoinen kuviointi.
Vaahtomuovitäytteiset sijauspatjat on saatavilla ruorimerkittynä vakiopaksuuksissa 3, 5 ja 8cm. Päällinen on tikattu karstatulla 100% polyesteri vanulla, alapinnalla valkoinen polypropeeni ja täytteenä freonivapaa vaahtomuovilevy. Päällisen pesu 60°C.
Wheelmark-Certified Bed Protectors
Uniquu Wheelmark-certified waterproof bed protectors are made from cream-coloured 100% polyester Kurt hygiene fabric, providing effective protection against liquids while helping to maintain a hygienic sleeping environment.
Available in a wide range of sizes to suit different accommodation requirements. Our collection includes several designs, such as the highly protective and secure-fitting Hulda Mattress Protector with Hoods at Ends, as well as Hemmed design with Elastic Straps for easy attachment.

Wheelmark-Certified Pillow Protectors
Uniquu Wheelmark-certified, fire-safe, waterproof Cleaner Dreams Pillow Protectors are made from white 100% polyester technical knitted fabric with a thin PU membrane.
The protectors are soft, quiet, and discreet, providing effective protection without compromising comfort. By reducing the need for frequent pillow laundering, they help extend the lifespan of the pillow while maintaining a hygienic sleeping environment.
Designed in a pillowcase style with an envelope closure, the protectors also feature ventilation openings on the underside to support efficient drying.
Bed Linen -durable cotton polyester mix
Uniquu bed linen is manufactured from a durable 70% cotton / 30% polyester blend fabric. The fabric is tightly woven and calendered to create a smooth finish. It is resistant to pilling and designed for long service life, even in demanding accommodation environments.
Available in three colours: white, blue, and yellow.
Our range includes pillowcases, duvet covers, and bed sheets in various styles and sizes.
We can also manufacture fitted sheets made to your exact dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit for your mattresses and bedding requirements.
Custom Decorative Textile Products
We manufacture bespoke textile products tailored to our customers’ specifications, dimensions, and project requirements.
Our custom project capabilities include, among other products, foldable mattress toppers handy for housekeeping trolleys, upholstery, curtains, table linens, bedspreads, bed skirts, decorative cushions, and a wide range of other interior textile solutions.
These products can be manufactured using Wheelmark-certified, IMO-certified, fire retardant or regular fabrics, depending on the requirements of the project and the intended application.
